Inbox Dollars is great.  They send a couple of emails a day- for clicking them they pay a few cents per email.  Takes a little while to add up that way, but there's also paid surveys and my presonal favorite- paid shopping.  When I need to buy something online I always check there first to see if I can get a % back.  Ebay purchases, diapers.com, JCPenney.. there's tons of merchants that participate.  Plus, there's a $5.00 credit for first time members!
